We want every Capital Fleet Tracker customer to feel they received fair value. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non refundable after the start of the billing period. You may cancel at any time by contacting support, and your account will remain active through the end of the current period.
Quarterly subscriptions are billed in advance for a three month period. You may request a prorated refund for unused full months within the first 30 days of a new billing cycle by contacting support.
Hardware purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Used devices are not returnable except in cases of manufacturer defect, which are covered by a 12 month warranty.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@capitalfleettracker.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if the error is confirmed.
Email support@capitalfleettracker.com with your account email and a description of the request. We respond to refund requests within three business days.
