Vehicle make, model, year, mileage, and service history are used to generate maintenance forecasts for your account. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
If you connect an OBD-II device, we collect diagnostic trouble codes, engine status, speed, location, and trip history. This data is used to improve forecast accuracy and to provide GPS tracking features if you have subscribed to that add on.
We may use aggregate, anonymized data to improve our prediction models, publish industry research, and develop new features. Aggregate data does not identify you, your vehicles, or your business.
If you opt in to mechanic, insurance, or parts partner programs, we share only the data necessary to deliver that service. You can opt out at any time from your account settings.
You may export your service history, vehicle records, and account data at any time from your dashboard, or by request to support.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time. Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
